Kohlrabi stems are a rich source of vitamin C. Kohlrabi stems also contain many B-complex vitamins. The leaves contain B vitamins as well, along with vitamins K and A. In addition, kohlrabi can be beneficial for the metabolism, as it supports enzymatic processes in the body.
