Homemade Orange Jam
Ingredients
4 large Consalo Family Farms oranges
About 4 cups of water
3 cups white sugar
4 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
Peel the oranges using a sharp knife. Make sure there is absolutely no pith, skin, pips or rind with segments.
Boil the segments in the water, uncovered until two thirds of the water has evaporated.
Add the sugar and stir over a low heat to dissolve.
Add the cloves and cinnamon stick and boil over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Lower the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Bottle in sterilized jar.
